About this model

The machine is rebuilt from the measured FreeCAD model: every part's position was fitted across 13 FreeCAD builds from 15 x 30 in to 48 x 96 in (3 to 8 braces) and checked part by part against each, and against builds left out of the fit (within 0.1 mm).

Fixed for now: 1" EMT (29.5 mm), 6.5 mm XZ plates, the Makita / Kobalt compact router mount. Approximate: Jackpot3 lid, power supply, router colours, the X belt's end loop screws, the vacuum hose route.
